This resume writing company promises to make a job-winning resume for you and its owner guarantees a free rewrite until you’re satisfied. This was the first thing that came to my slight when I opened the site. The site itself is well-designed, by the way. They also offer a free resume review before you make an order. All in all, they looked reliable for me, that’s the reason why I decided to let them write my resume.

Pricing policy

The site is very informative and has lots of subsections, but there isn’t page with prices. You can only view the prices when making an order. So, I found out that the resume would cost me $66, $14 for cover letter and also I paid extra $21 for 24 hours delivery. The entire package cost me $101, which is really not much. I even hesitated if they really could provide a good quality at this price.

I ordered a rush delivery because I needed to send a resume as soon as possible. They claimed that the consultant would get in touch to clarity something, but nobody contacted me within several hours since I’ve made an order. When there were 2 hours left and I didn’t hear from anyone, I decided to call them. I was answered that the writer did work on my resume but needed some more time.

Quality of writing and support

I allocated them 3 more hours as they asked. Indeed, within this time I got my resume. The quality of writing was high enough, so I wasn’t disappointed. The only thing that disappointed me was the attitude – they could have contacted me earlier to ask for an extension. Also, it’s a bit of inconvenience that they don’t have a chat, for instance, like on classyresumes.com/.

Conclusion

To top it off, the written resume was good. I didn’t need any further amendments and could submit it at once. However, they didn’t send it tom me on time as promised and didn’t inform beforehand. For that, I don’t think I can recommend them to those who are looking for urgent resume help.
